Objective
Geotherm, a testing laboratory for the thermal properties of soil, initially requested an updated marketing website. But during early conversations, we identified broader opportunities, to help manage mislabeled and incorrectly packaged samples, limited tracking systems, and inefficient manual processes.
Solution
We designed a website that achieved their initial goals and added business efficiencies. It included instructional videos to help Geotherm’s clients collect, label, and ship samples correctly. The new platform manages required forms, record management tools, and technician workload tracking.
Outcome
The result was a significant improvement in sample quality, the elimination of labeling errors, and increased efficiency for lab technicians. This ensures that critical building infrastructure begins in a timely—and, more importantly, safe—manner.
